Central 1 Update #3
Hello everyone!
We just left the Marinette corps in Wisconsin. Major Linda Ibbs took wonderful care of us while we were there. At the corps we painted their dining room, along with VBS. We started VBS on Monday and finished on the Friday with a graduation ceremony and carnival. Once again God was faithful. We started with one child on Monday and by Friday we had eight kids who graduated VBS. On Thursday, the “Jesus Loves You” day, all eight children accepted Christ! How incredible it is to see so many children willing to meet our wonderful Lord. On Friday, many friends and family joined the kids on their graduation and carnival day. The kids loved the carnival we held outside with all the games and water balloons. That day we had thirty people from the community and corps. It was awesome! Major Linda was very hospitable to us and we were thankful that we were able to help her out. We thank the Lord again for another week of being on the 50 yard line watching God’s hand move.
We arrived at Echo Grove camp late last night and we look forward to serving here this week. We will be teaching a class for the kids camp that is going on this week! We’ll keep you posted on how God is working and what we are learning and experiencing!! Please continue to keep us in your prayers, specifically that we will always be energized when need be.
